Trust Pride Award Winners
This term, we are proud to celebrate our Trust PRIDE Award winners: Jax Sanderson (Student) and Katie Mather (Staff). Our student winner has consistently demonstrated the PRIDE values through their positive attitude, hard work and commitment to school life. Our staff winner has gone above and beyond in supporting pupils and colleagues, embodying dedication and excellence in everything they do. A huge well done to both of our deserving PRIDE champions!
Easter Attendance Challenge
A huge well done to everyone who took part in our Easter Attendance Challenge this half‑term! We are delighted to share that 82 students achieved 100% attendance with no late marks over the five‑week period. Each of these pupils received a special Easter lolly from the Easter Bunny as a reward for their fantastic effort. All 82 children were then entered into a prize draw, and we are thrilled to announce that Bella Abonyi and her family were the lucky winners of a £20 Asda voucher. Congratulations to Bella, and well done to every student who rose to the challenge!
Reading Challenge
Well done to all the children who took part in this term’s Reading Challenge! Each time a pupil read at least three times in a week, they earned a raffle ticket for our prize draw—so the more they read, the more chances they had to win. We’re thrilled to announce that this term’s lucky winner is Elijah Daulton, who has received a £40 Asda voucher. Congratulations to Elijah, and a big thank you to everyone who took part and continued to develop their love of reading!
Red Nose Day
Thanks to the wonderful support of our school community, we raised £59.78 for Red Nose Day, along with an additional £120 from the sale of red noses. Your generosity helps make a real difference, and we’re grateful to everyone who contributed!
Letter from Lee Pitcher
I am writing to you today to invite your students, staff and parents to a Pride in Place engagement meeting.
Pride in Place is a project that will transform Rossington, through £20 million of funding that I helped to secure for the village over the next 10 years.
This meeting will provide an opportunity for parents, staff and students to put across their ideas and suggestions for how this money should be spent.
The meeting will take place at 5:30 on the 23rd April at Rossington All Saints School, Bond St, Doncaster, Rossington, DN11 0BZ
I would be grateful if you would be able to circulate this date, time and location to parents, students and staff members, ensuring as many people as possible are able to attend.
Best wishes,
| Lee Pitcher MP Member of Parliament for Doncaster East and the Isle of Axholme |

Kids' Easter Holidays activity pack now available for free download
We’re delighted to share our brand‑new Kids’ Easter Activity Pack, filled with fun nature‑themed activities, crafts, recipes and puzzles for families to enjoy during the holiday. It’s a great way to inspire children to get creative, explore the outdoors, and learn more about the outdoors and the Trans Pennine Trail.
With colourful characters leading the way, this activity pack inspires kids to discover spring wildlife, get creative, and enjoy the magic of the outdoors as it wakens up after its winter slumbers. There are opportunities to share their adventures and to earn a digital certificate.
The packs are ideal for Key Stage 1 and 2, but there’s something for everyone – whether you’re a teacher, parent, or young explorer. They’re perfect for use on the Trail, in your local park, or even indoors on a rainy day. Every pack is designed to help everyone learn, play, and make memories while exploring the outdoors.
The activity pack can be used ‘on the go’ by downloading it to a mobile or can be printed at home.
Download it from our Children’s page at: Welcome to our Children’s Page | Trans Pennine Trail
